Battling to Cancel TV License.

Good day<br> <br> I am truly disgusted in how SABC can treat us as the consumers so bad.<br> after months of trying to cancel my tv license. They advise to first pay up the TV license outstanding amount which I have done, got a affidavit send it off.<br> Then an agent advise me to state the proper reason. I then spoke to the Manager Avril Damons who never gets back to me, I always need to follow up. If I eventually get hold of him then it's something else I need to send. I have resent a new affidavit and sent it directly to Avril however no answer or any response.<br> I do not have any TV in possession of me and I stated my reasons. I feel he is prolonging to cancel my TV license and he is not evens responding to my emails or returning my calls even if I left him messages numerous times. This is unacceptable, I am not going to be held liable for any more payments as I got my proof as to me cancelling this TV license way in advance.
