BAD SERVICES AND RESPONSES
I sent an email on the 22nd April 2015 to this email address [Email Removed] complaining about the account that is consistently being sent. This same arose in 2003 and we completed and documented all the required information and sent it off to a person by the name of Melanie. In the email sent I explained the full situation and stating that I would like to receive a response within the same week.

Today is the 29th May 2015 more than one month later and I have still not received any form of communication yet once again I was sent a final notice informing me I need to settle this account. SABC is very quickly to send final notice letter or demanding that you pay them the money that is due to them. Should you have any queries or questions on your billing the response is so pathetic. Not one of the managers or agents bothers to send you a response but heaven forbid you miss one payment you immediately receive a letter of demand.

If I don't not receive communication or receive a letter that my bill has been sorted out within the next week I will be writing to the broadcasting complaints commission and every other social media platform I can find to lodge my complaint!!!
