Bad Service

Sabc TV license is a ****. In February I registered online for a TV license in order when month end comes I could pay for it and buy a TV I was looking for at the time. I ended up not paying the amount that they wanted and buying a TV license. I just left it like that cause there was no need to pay the activation fee. I didn't need the TV. Fast forward, I now receive sms and emails claiming that I needfto pay around R456 for my TV license as it is in arrears.. What craziness is that? I do not have a TV, I just registered for an account but didn't proceed. Why would I pay for something I cannot use or even charge me if I didn't pay for it? I am really tired of this thing and they emails. It frustrate me that it is so hard to cancel the dam** thing without paying the money.
