bad service

i had a tv licence a few years ago which i paid up in 2012/2013 and then i recieved a message saying that i am owing them money i dont have a tv anymore as i am living with my parents so dont have a television anymore , i would like them to cancel this off my name i cannot be liable for paying an account that i dont have , also if any letters or statements that needs to be sent to me it needs to be sent to my email address.
