I have paid our house hold TV every year for years and Years

The SABC Webb refers to the Licensing fee being R265.00 Which is what we have paid

The have now set a gang on us demanding payment despite the fact that they admit we have been paying Year in year out ,the threats are harassment and intimidating for an old couple
