bad for tv licence

<p>how proffessional is it to get an sms to say that your tv. licence is in arreas. what happened to a phonecall or a plain letter to warn you. are we not that important anymore. how many people have television sets but doesn't have a licence. how many times on proof can be provided to state when last and how many times informal settlements were visited to check for licences. it seems that i must also get a group of people and toi-toi. its unfair. certain people can get away with stuff but i must suffer. is it still legal to do what they are doing. what will happen if i dont pay it. i get threatened that i will be given over to the debt review. not ayoba. shame on you</p>
