BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT

I want to cancel my tv licence with number (***) due to the fact that I have sold my television and sold on the social media platforms and did not get the details of the new tv owner as at that time did not know that I have to do that.

I have called and sent emails several times with no assistance.
