BAD ATTITUDE / SERVICE

To Whom It May Concern<br> <br> I received a message on my phone from you collections department, apparently I was handed over. I called and spoke to Nicole for 20 minutes she then told me to hold, as she was going to transfer me to her manager, she left me hanging on the line and I hung up.<br> <br> I then called back and spoke to Lindsay for another 19 minutes to explain what I had already explained to Nicole. Lindsay then advised me that Nicole had not made any comments about the call, and the information she gave me was different to what Nicole had told me..<br> Long story short, i did not receive a message or mail from SABC and there was postal strike last year, yet they had my cell no... The manager also with an attitude told my husband ' you will just pay'... yes i know i should have paid on time, but like all other accounts i was waiting for a statement and honestly i forgot.. so why is it that i have to pay interest i did not know about? and to top it off the call centre and manager has a bad attitude they want to hear nothing, all they say is pay your account.Please can i speak to someone other than the call centre and that manager, ive sent e-mails without any response
