bad advertising from sabc

We started watching the beginning of the rugby world cup on sabc 2. It was nice to see the games on that we never get to see. They advertised on SABC 2 that from the 18th of September till the 31st of October they will be showing the rugby matches. Now when we get down to all the good matches they don't show them. They only broadcast the very few that we watch but we would to like to see the other matches too. It's very disappointing to know that we can't watch all the matches. We are paying for our TV licence and this is what we get.....false promises. Typical of the SABC. I would like to get some feedback from someone at the Sabc and I hope they will do something about it. Not everyone has the money to pay for DSTV. Pathetic of the programming department. It's just going down very quickly. Very sad.
