Arrogant SABC

Sabc tv licence department has extremely arrogant members of staff. My Tv was ****** last year. No intention to replace it. I submitted an affidavit from SAPS. They still expect me to pay. SO ARROGANT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT.
