Arrangements to pay
SABC has been sending me sms since 03.03.2016, 08.03.2016, 15.03.2016 advising that i owe them R266.00 for Tv Renewal Licence. I sent them a mail advising them that i will make an arrangement to pay them off, the consultant advise that SABC will charge a penalty fee of R71.00 per month. Are they totally insane to rip the consumer off like this? is this legal practice? I so shocked, astounded and disgusted at the rate these people are willing to go by ripping people off like this. this is 70% interest charged if Im correct. Im sorry i do not condone this and will take this matter further.
