Apparent claim of tv license fees

I am being harassed by sabc tv license for years now. To start with, I dont even own a tv set yet every now and then I receive emails like below:

Pay@ Account No: *** I am not Molesiwa but Montsho. I have tried to correct this with sabc tvlic and their attorneys but still. I m tired of these emails. Tvlic please contact the correct client because you will never get your payment as I dont owe you
