Annoyed tv licence payer

I am very angry with the sabc tv licences,I have been trying to pay my license for weeks.and there was no reminder or anything that was sent to me.I tried paying in different stores even using my id but I was told my number doesn't appear.I ended up call the sabc at that moment I was owing R291.50 I paid 300 rand on monday and today on tuesday I get a message that I have been handed over to asili.you guys are not doing your jobs in first place to remind us when our tv licences are due.I do not have any statement on my email,post office or a text that's telling me about my tv licence but you are to quick to hand over people to asili before you could phone them and find out wether they have paid or not or tell them how much they should pay.for the fact that I had to phone tv licences to enquire about my licence you didn't have a right to hand me over to asili and tell them I owe R318,which R318 are you talking about?is that how you ruin people's credit scores by lying to debt collectors?
