Annoyed customer

I paid my tv lic on the 10th September 2020 at Game Store Wonderpark Pretoria North I keep on getting the emails that I didn't pay even though I tried to send my bank statement as I didn't keep my receipt,to show that I've paid So now I no longer know what to do because I'm not going to pay double with the money that I don't even have...Can someone please help SABC Team do your job properly
