Am not happy with SABC

My name is Natasha I would like to know, why I am owing so my and I have been paying annual I believe I am meant to be paying R200 and something I only missed payment November 2021 but am owing R800 and odd. I have tried to calling waiting on the line numerous times for 15 minutes at a time and enquired no feedback on the portal.
