Admin fee charged without informing me, the custom

Good day<br> <br> RE: ***<br> <br> I am very unhappy that I was charged R70 admin fee for payments made over 2 months. According to SABC I had to call to make arrangement of which I informed person I spoke to that I did not know this. Payment of R265 was made via Easy pay at Checkers. I was very inconvenienced when I had to purchase a TV and was told that R70 is outstanding. No one from SABS contacted me after the R265 payments was made or even when first R100 payment was made to say that I will be charged R70.<br> <br> Not even the Team Leader was willing to assist. They nail clients that pay and the ones that don't , I wonder......<br> <br> I would like this R70 admin fee waived as I feel missed informed.<br> <br> Regards
