<p>Been married for quite some time trine to merge the house hold tv licences but no respense or success so I aint paynig it we hace 3 licecnces in the house hold how am I suppose to pay 3 licences and not even watch tv as nothing on. Tv caters for me no problem with paying but merge the licensces for the house hold first. And mabe help me get on tv whaat I stream off u tube all day</p>
