Accusations on transfer of tv licence to my dad

On the 25 June 2015 I sent through an affidavit (via email to [Email Removed] stating that the tv that i purchased was gifted to my dad. My dad who is a pensioner has since registered and paid his tv licence however the account was not cancelled on my name. Today I called the call center to query the reason for this and a man by the name of Errence accused me of trying to get a pensioners rate and he insisted that I am living with my dad. I cannot understand how personnel at the sabc are allowed to make such accusations, it is appalling. Firstly I do not live with my parents, if the sabc want to investigate this they are welcome to do so, my billing address is the same as my dad's due to the fact that I relocated for 6 years. Secondly I have not watched television in the last 5 years which is the reason for me gifting the television to my dad so why do i need to have a tv licence if i do not possess a television? <br> <br> I am disturbed by the accusing manner in which the sabc consultant addressed my query and I would like an apology and my account cancelled.
