Account Paid but don't reflect

I'm a paid TV license holder for all the years and never skipped a payment. I've paid my license last year November and up to today it never went off my account. I've sent more than 15 emails to tvlic and VVM with proof of payment and no one coming back to me. I received a renewal license now with a crazy amount of R1060 that I must pay. If this is the case and then I'll will fall under the 80% of South Africans that don't pay tv licenses if they don't sort out my account. My acc number is ***
