Account due end of November 2014 handed over
I have been paying my tv licence every year, and last year did not get an account from them and it was also not mailed to me. My account was due 30 November 2014. I only had to pay R265 now I have to pay almost R900 because they did not sent me an account, they did not change my details like I have requested them to do so and they do not come back to me like I ask them to do so! This account is not in arrears for a month and I was already handed over! Please help!
