Account cancellation ignored!!!!!

Good day, I am writing from the Netherlands. I have cancelled my TV licence in January of this year (2015) as I am living and working in the Netherlands. I have send the required letters and proof that my TV is no longer in my possession but my account is still not cancelled. What more do you require from me??? I did what you asked. Please cancel my account and reverse the transaction. TV licence number ***. <br>
