Abusive Sms

I received a 96 hour notice for an apparent unpaid TV Licence and was told I am a ******** and a pirate viewer . In march I paid R250 to the SABC as we never receive a invoice notice or any other correspondence from the SABC even though they claim they sen these documents through . The call center is a joke the person who fielded my call was antagonistic from the start and baited and baited waiting to get a reaction . I was told by this person that yes in deed I am a ******** I short paid buy R18 and now they want me to pay R208 . That is the R18 and the balance is penalties . This is ******ion by a state department and I challenge them to prove otherwise . I challenge the SABC to prove that they sent me an account I challenge the SABC to prove they sent me a reminder
