3rd time same complaint

When will you ever get back to me about my complaint? How many times must I tell you that I do not have a tv? So I do not have a tv licence. When will you inform your **** debt collectors to stop harassing me? I send you a fax 18 years ago informing you that I sold my tv and to cancell the license. I phoned the lady to make sure she received my fax and that she would cancel my license. Is it my fault that she did not do her job? I never heard from anyone again so I assumed it was cancelled. So catch a wake-up and do your work and tell your **** debt collectors to leave me the hell alone!!!!!! :-(
