I have been getting demands to from these people for 2 years First Revco,sent them copies of statements Paid 74 in March 2020.then saw Acc 125.80 paid it only to realise I had paid in March The account on my Wife’s Name N M E Van Zyl I’d *** .Got more emails sent copies again finally spoke to someone at revco He said he would sort it out Over Hera still getting mails.Sent copy from Capitec March 2020 74 rand Sent copy September 125.80 2020. I am now in credit even the blind school can work that out when I send proof to these guys never get answer only same old letter from mrs Duduza .As I explained to them 3 x 74 pensioner rate = 222 rand So if I paid 74+ 125.8. i am in credit for 2021.Took no notice every week get email letter of demand going to blacklist us and take us to court I the paid 29 rand which adds up to 222 for three years .Got email two days ago demanding I paid 300 plus for arrears .I wonder who taught this lot bookkeeping At 79 I would love to have a job But I am to old I can still stand at a counter and add up figures as they print them on a till Si they can’t overcharge me .What can I do apart from blowing up there office but don’t know where all this originally comes from Thanks for your support have used you quite a few times and have usually won Accept city of capetown Still being charged 16000 outstanding No wonder so many oldies have heart attacks The pressure never stops All we want is to live our lives in peace Thanks Donovan
