19 years off debt

Good day tv license i am angry and very disappointed i have opened a license with you guys in 2006 closed in 2007 like I thought but then after 19 years you send me a message that I owe you guy 8100rand I never received any calls of emails from you guys then at Tuesday I received this message not from you guys but from you lawyer and I did closed this account I sold my tv in 2007 I call then they said I must finish my account before you can closed it you guys is not right 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
