13 yrs later SABC still harrassing me

Every year for the past 13 years, I receive a letter of demand from the SABC for a TV licence, which I don't have.<br> Every year I go through all the trouble of getting an affidavit done and send it to them, with my marriage certificate and I explain that the TV licence is in my husbands name.<br> I have phoned to explain, I have mailed to explain, I have even sent registered mail.<br> Once again this week, I received another letter of demand.<br> I think this is total incompetence and am now feeling harrassed!<br> I don't even know who to turn to.
