0wing admin fees that slipped SABC's minds

I renewed my license last year but not even twelve months I'm getting calls and smses from SABC about payments not received. When I asked about it they informed me that it's admin fees and they're sorry it slipped their minds and that they forgot to inform me. Now those fees have accumulated interest to almost the same amount as the renewal of a tv license and I unfortunately must pay them.... What you're telling me is that you make a mistake I the \customer"must pay.<br> <br> This is really unacceptable. The SABC runs business like the taxi industry"
