Claim still not paid!!!

I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter last week regarding my claims that are not being paid. Today is Wednesday and they have still not been paid!!! This is totally unprofessional and I actually feel like taking the matter even further if payment is not done today. I cannot listen to anymore excuses from the scheme as to why payment is being delayed.

And worst of all - they confirmed on Hellopeter that the matter was resolved - how unprofessional is that???
