Refusal to pay
Iam extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this medical aid. It’s been four months they haven’t paid out,What is the point of paying monthly premiums if, when you actually need help, your claims are rejected without reasonable explanation? I recently submitted claims for a doctor’s consultation and necessary blood tests basic healthcare services that should clearly be covered. Instead of support, I was met with delays, poor communication, and ultimately a refusal to pay. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. It feels like this medical aid is more focused on avoiding payouts than supporting its members. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before joining, as you may not receive the assistance you expect when it matters most.
