Very poor and bad service

This company is the worst ever. Joe never gets back to you if you ask them something, always one story after another, mistaken switch our account with someone else's who didn't pay so he switched our internet off, we pay for something we never get to use. Someone really needs to check into this company. VERY VERY VERY BAD
