Very Bad Service

I have dealt with the owner Joe himself. Seems like he doesn't really want to do business as I have already asked him 5 times to email me the paperwork of his internet solutions , and have already scheduled for three installations of which he did not pitch for one.<br> <br> I feel I am a reasonable person but giving someone more than 3 chances is a waste of time. Also if it is such a mission to get an installation done , what if something breaks ? How long will it take them to respond? <br> <br> I think it is time to find another isp.
