BAD SERVICE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>When I shopped around for wireless internet. My questions: Will i have fast stable internet. They guaranteed that I will. It is now almost 6 months and each and every day the internet just goes off or is so slow that you cannot even access anything. Been dealing with the owner/manager, but he is so unprofessional dont respond, they just keep saying you are moved to this or that and the problem will be sorted if they do eventually answer you.</p> <p>Now they tell me that the problem is on my side and if i want it sorted i need to pay R400 per hour for a tech. REALLY???? The problem was there from the beginning so why should I pay now further to sort out for something that was there from the beginning.</p> <p>Dont actually know why I am waisting my time writing this review as they just dont care about their clients and dont reply or respond.</p>
