Asolutely the worst service and WORST INTERNET

We ordered equipment in mid Desember. He did half of install with lots of excuses like i short a bracket and then shorts stock. Mid January we finally had internet. This after we helped him with install, he didn't even come prepared with own equipment. We had to now 01/04/2016 four and a half months later had internet for 3 weeks perhaps. He does not pick up his phone and each time he does pick up he informs that he needs to upgrade his tower and it will happen next working day. then he shorts brackets again ext ext. still nothing has been done when i asked him if he is registered with ICASA because i want to lay a complaint he put the phone down in my ear. He IS WORST ISP IMAGINABLE.
