Incredibly decent company

I was initially worried about purchasing from a company I didn't know. SA Webshop had positive reviews on Hellopeter and Google, so I took a chance.

What a wonderful company. Paul contacted me to let me know that the stock would only be arriving 23 December... possibly not in time for Christmas. He offered me a refund and even sent me the link for their competitor who keeps stock of s similar item. (Seriously, who is normally this nice?!?) SA Webshop has the better brand I wanted, but Father Christmas is caught between a rock and hard place to get it in time. If I wasn't under time pressure, I would have waited till it arrived.

SA Webshop is a pleasant and genuinely helpful company. I pray they succeed for their genuine goodwill.

PS I'll post the same review on Google, just because it's rare to come across such a pleasant online shopping experience.

Hi Melanie, thank you so much for your review, I think especially around this time of year, it is more about people getting the items they are looking for rather than us trying to make the sale, dont get me wrong, we need the sales to keep our business open, but we also need to help people wherever we can.
