Excellent product quality, service and communication. Felt a little uncertain purchasing online from a site I had 't heard if previously. But they were the only ones that had the product I wanted, so I reached out to them and mind was immediately at ease because of the excellent communication via Whatsapp. The tricycle that arrived - with no hassles - was even better quality than anticipated and my son loves it!
