Worst Service Ever
CLM*** My car was damaged 27 November 2021. It has a smash and grab window but when it got fixed it returns without the tint. I have been trying to get SAU to fix this no one wants to answer me.

We would like to firstly confirm that this is not a service issue.
When you accepted the policy with your broker you were specifically advised that extras such as smash and grab would not be covered unless you specified such extras on the policy and paid a premium for the same.
You opted not to specify extras at the time of the policy inception.
During the validation of the claim it was determined that the smash and grab was not a standard feature of your vehicle and was an unspecified extra.
Unfortunately one cannot claim for extras that are not specified or those that you have chosen not to have cover for.
However, we have been in contact with you and provided you with an opportunity to submit evidence in order to review the matter.
Out claims team await your feedback
