Worst service ever!!!! ***

<p>I insured my parents car with this excuse for an insurance. Car was in an accident and written off. There has never been a day when my mom was contcted regarding any updates. </p> <p>Claim was rejected a month later and we were advised to tow back the car they took 200 km from home and now we need to pay R5000 for their tow.</p> <p>claim rejected on basis that the vehicle was used for business when both my parents are pensioners that even the insurance premium and maintanance of the vehicle was paid for by me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Never received a rejection letter which I need. I asked to listen to the telephone conversations from sales to claims to no avail. Even the client care dept is useless. We do not know who to talk to as we keep gettig sent from pillar to post. </p>
