Worst Insurance to ever take a policy with
My car got an accident since the 16th of November but claim hasn’t been processed to date. Several communications with the office proved futile until I was told to have to pay a percentage of the cost of damage whiles I am covered under their comprehensive option. Absolutely the worst insurance to ever join.

We have reviewed the matter and the call recordings from when you took up the policy.
We confirm that all the applicable excesses were explained to You and You have accepted these excesses together with this policy.
An excess is the amount payable by an Insured at claims stage. It is an undertaking that you will bear a portion of the loss or a certain amount of your loss in respect of every claim.
We refer to your policy wording page 23 which states "You will be responsible for the Excesses as set out in the Schedule of Insurance in
respect of each and every Event giving rise to a valid claim."
A short term insurance policy is a contact between 2 parties and is subject to specific terms and conditions.
We therefore , confirm that you chose the excess structure and therefore you are liable for all the applicable excesses.
We therefore strongly suggest that you fami****ise yourself with the policy wording and contact you Broker or Our offices should you have any questions.
Kind Regards
