Very very sad customer
I cancelled my imsurance with them because they are the most useless insurance company ever. I cancelled my insurance in 14 October 2023 and still they take money from a debit order..they are so ***********.. i would ask everyone reading this please stay away from them..

We confirm that proof of cancellation was sent your email address on the 16th Nov 2023
The deductions from your account were for a separate standalone value added product that you did not request to be cancelled.
We confirm that your Broker and our team has been in contact with you to rectify the issue and the matter has now been resolved.
