Very bad service and ****mers
I have a comprehensive policy with the company, I had an accident on the 17th of November 2023, my vehicle didn't have any mechanical issues nor the engine light on the dashboard or even airbags out however the insurance company wants to write off my vehicle and leave me with no car, I told them that I am rejecting their decision and they must fix the car but they refuse. Their consultants Nosipho and 1 other when I told them of my decision they don't listen or care . I need help , I can afford to loose my car , they don't care about the premium payer as long as they make money.

We acknowledge receipt of the review.
However we would like to point out that you are not in anyway qualified to estimate or assess vehicle damages based solely on your own personal observations.
We have appointed expert assessors who have determined that the total cost to repair the vehicle back to a roadworthy state would cost more than 65% of the total vehicle value.
This is due to the vehicle still being under warranty and replacement parts are sourced directly from the manufacturer, the high cost of parts therefore increase the repair costs.
We confirm that you have opted to retain the vehicle and attempt repairs yourself.
We secondly confirm that the owner of the vehicle is the Finance house/Bank , we have paid over the settlement to the Bank (less the salvage amount as you have retained the vehicle)
Therefore any outstanding balances to the Bank would still be for your own account, and we also will not be liable for the manufacturer warranty being voided due to unauthorised repairs on your part.
