USELESS INSURANCE
Hi, (1)took insurance in 2016. An agent called me to add mechanical warranty and he even sent an sms and email and post confirming this. I have emailed you several times regarding this and no one is responding to me since last year.NO RESPONSE AT ALL. (2) I have added 'dents and scratches' insurance which i pay separately. I claimed few months back, your consultants are clueless of what they are doing, she could not even refer me to a dealer for quotations, She cant even explain clearly the things she's saying to me, after some time while waiting for a quotation she tells me the insurance only pays R2000 and R250 for excess which is useless to me because I need around R3000 to fix my car. Please cancell this dent and scratches inPEOPLEsurance I do not need it anymore. YOUR INSURANCE IS JUST USELESS AND YOU HIRE USELESS
