USELESS EMPLOYEES

This morning i called the call center and explained that i would like to cancel the insurance policy because they are debiting the wrong account which was closed about 3 months go now my bank calls me and advises that i am in arrears of R2 149,91- in my bank account that i now need to pay. i ask them to cancel the insurance and they advise that they need to speak to my brother as the policy holder. i put him on the phone and now they want proof and we should explain why we want to cancel. 1st its none of your business 2ndly its because of service like this that i would like to cancel. i have worked for insurance companies and we do not treat clients like this. if only i had the consultants names i would put them on here just to shame they kind of service, i have sent the proof and guess what this Company just debited. you service is pathetic and you should hire people that really need jobs.
