Unprofessional, pathetic and disgusting service after been loyal for twelve years

I didn't believe when people told me that SA Underwriters car insurance company is bad news until I was hijacked on the 10th of August 2020 and my car was recovered same day stripped some of the parts. I reported the incident on the 11/08/2020.They sent the assessor nd got message that they decided to write off the car and I must get settlement letter from the bank. I did everything I could including report from police station with the case number.

Few days later they sent loss adjuster who asked me irrelevant and personal questions like, am I married,do i suffer from depression this and that. He wanted my shift pattern,my work contact details,I must do this and that yet I have provided information. I am so disappointed with SAU because I get this treatment because I have a Zulu surname and I'm a woman because woman are always taken for granted.

I have been loyal to this company and insured my three cars with them, I have been paying them for the past twelve years and some months without fail. There's not even one month that I skipped their payment. I advise people who still thinking of insuring their cars with this pathetic,unprofessional and disgusting company to think twice especially African people who are dark-skinned like me
