Unhappy client
I am very disappointed with them. My car had an accident last year on the 4th November 2021. I logged the claim. They played hide and seek up untill yesterday the 2nd March 2022. They called me to say they are rejecting my claim. They saw that my claim is a big amount. They are rejecting it on the basis that when I joined their insurance I never disclosed my previous accidents. And on the papers there is no such claims. I am very disappointed and I encourage anyone who is in this insurance to pull out and get another insurance. These people are ****** and ********.

We are sorry that you were made to wait for the outcome of the claim, however the Insurer reserves the right to properly validate a claim before accepting liability.
The questions asked during the underwriting process are important to the acceptance of the risk.
During the claim validation it was discovered that you had failed to disclose 4(four) claims in total. At policy inception the Insurer inquired about your previous claims where you disclosed only one claim.
You have misrepresented important information, and had we been made aware of these claims then we would not have accepted the risk.
A short term insurance policy is a contract between 2 parties and is subject to specific terms & conditions. It also relies on the information provided by yourself and requires all information provided to be true and correct. Unfortunately this was not the case in this instance.
We therefore stand by the rejection of the claim.
Kind regards
The SAU Team
