Unhappy client
I don't recommend this insurance company to anyone, they don't even have customer service if they had no star for bad review I would give them that. I logged a claim with SA underwriters and took them a month to accept my claim and that was March and I'm telling you now my car is still not with me. The panel bitters are not giving me proper explanation, I have to harass them to do a follow up include my so called insurance. On top of that I was also surprised with the excess fee that I have to pay, they promised to send me the contract after the phone call we had because they are very fast when they speak so you can't catch everything they are saying and they never did up untill I had to claim. I'm very dissapointed and hurt because I am very disadvantaged in terms of going to work since I work awkward hours without transport. It's been 4months now.
