Unhappy cause car is involved in an accidental
Poor communication cause I need cutesy car I was told I don't qualify whereas I've been paying premiums for two years

Unfortunately, you do not have a car hire benefit with us and we are unable to provide you with a hired car.
However, as you took up the policy directly with your Broker , it is possible that you took up the car hire benefit separately with your Broker.
We have referred the matter to your Broker for resolution.
