Unhappy about the progress of the claim

I think what would to address the incompetencies of this insurance company is for all those who are dissatisfied about it to come together and institute a Class Action. My wife was involved in an accident on 21 May 2021- until today the 17th of June, we still waiting. You have to call to receive feedback if any. Most of the time the consultant don't have information or are not sure. The last time I called them, I was told that my claim has been sent for a possible rejection because my wife used the car in the morning for Bolt. There are no clear turn around times with this company, when you ask the consultants, they don't know or they are not sure. They just don't care and they are biggest regret.
