Under Promising : CLM***

I’m not happy with this service. Lowveld body Works Told me that if I pay a portion of 50% of my excess I will have my car ready for collection on the week of the 14th of December. I went to pay R9000 on the 27th of November on the 10 of December I went to make a payment of the Outstanding balance Only to find that they never started working on my car. My car was still in the same condition as day of accident. But now they are saying there are extra parts that my Insurance did not quote them. I do understand that but my problem is that if they started earlier working on the car they should have picked that thing up. Now I have made plans of travelling and I do not have a car. And by the look of it I won’t have the by 20th and I have plans of travelling, Lowveld Body Works will be closing for Christmas it means I won’t have a car.

Someone must do something about this, All I need is car to use for my travelling till the 9th of January 2017, I won’t afford to rent car since I have paid an extremely I will be travelling from the 20th of this Month and I need a car to use I’m coming back on the 9th of Jan 2017. You have two options Either my car is fixed or you arrange another car for me to use. I have been patient enough .
