Total *******'s

I joined SA Underwriters almost two months ago through an agency. I went through the entire application process when they called etc. I was asked about my claims history and supp**** the information to the best of my ability to recall any and all claims.

About 3 weeks ago i had a fender bender and the person I bumped into have no damage but I did. I sustained damage to my number plate, bumper, grille, bonnet and windscreen.

I submit the claim with the necessary documentation. It takes a week for a response, in that response my claim is being processed and being reviewed because I have a "undisclosed insurance claims" when I requested to see these "undisclosed claims" It was a house hold content claim I had about 5 years ago. There was another claim which I have no recollection of.

Here's the funny part, I only have vehicle insurance with SA Underwriters. To top it off after 3 weeks of constant e-mailing my claim was being with this "claims committee"and then was rejected due to "undisclosed claims" I specifically recall the agent asking me if I had any claims in the last 3 years not 5 years.

I will be referring this to the ombudsman including all the e-mails and the time line.

I am utterly disgusted at the service and ethics of this company, this is my first time ever having an accident in my life and with my second vehicle which I bought from New. in 2015 I had hail damage which I declared including the amount and the hail damage was after I had my vehicle for 3 months.
