<p>SA Underwritters total ******* and a ****</p> <p>Never in my life have I heard of 3 excesses. 1st one is basic which i understand R1000, 2nd one is for claiming within 90 days R5000, 3rd one is for not having an isurance 12 month prior? Altogether my excess amounts to R9000.00. This is totally rediculous and absurd!!! Had they been transparent and explained everything to me when I took up thier policy I wouldnt have agreed...what makes matters worst their customer service is despicable Lindy Klinkenberg form their company never ever calls you back witha response or update, has no compassion what so ever and I have called her almost 4 times for an update and service. Having read all the complaints about SA Underwritters on Hello Pieter just made me realise just how this insurance company is just a ****. After the experience I've had with them one thing for sure I am cancelling my policy, there must be more transparent and professional insurance companies out there taht actually care for their clients. I'm definitely going to their ombudsman </p>
